                                                                                 (An open letter)

Dear Monsignor,

On 22 February 2012, You decreed an excommunication against four bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church who fall within the jurisdiction of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate. These bishops are fighting against contemporary heresies which question the Divinity of Christ, His redemptive death for our sins, His real and historical Resurrection and the Divine inspiration of Holy Scripture. These heresies have been taught at all theological schools with Your consent and with the consent of Your predecessor, undermined the saving faith and thus led the souls to eternal damnation!

God’s Word clearly and uncompromisingly punishes heretics with the statement: If anyone preaches any other gospel to you, let him be accursed. (Gal 1:8-9) God’s Word and God’s laws are immutable. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith preaches another gospel, protects heresies, covers up for clerical paedophilia and advocates syncretism with the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. By reason of these heresies this Congregation with all its officials, including You as Prefect, has fallen under an anathema – God’s curse.

So Your document is also invalid because You are under God’s anathema! To You, dear Monsignor, applies the Bulla of Pope Paul IV: “Each and all of their actions and enactments, howsoever made, and anything whatsoever to which these (heretical prelates) may give rise, shall be without force.” (Bulla “Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio”)

Quotation from Your declaration of the so-called excommunication: “… for causing moral and spiritual damage to the Greek-Catholic Ukrainian Church, but also to this Apostolic See and the Catholic Church as a whole.”

Response: We defend the orthodox Catholic doctrine against the heresies of the UGCC hierarchy and against heresies proclaimed within the Catholic Church. We do not cause harm to the Church but You do because You cover up for heresies and paedophilia. The victims of paedophilia have brought an action against You, dear Monsignor, before the International Criminal Court in The Hague for crimes against humanity.

Quotation: “This Congregation does not recognize the validity of their episcopal ordinations.”

Response: Our episcopal ordinations are valid and lawful and are in the line of apostolic and Catholic succession. There is no doubt about it! Does this Congregation recognize the validity and lawfulness of ordinations of the Orthodox bishops or not?

Quotation: “The use of the name ‘Catholic’ ... is to be considered as illegitimate, pursuant to canon 19 of the CCEO.”

Response: The word “Catholic” is found in the names of about 20 Churches which are beyond the jurisdiction of the Vatican. In no way is it to be considered as illegitimate. Example: Old Catholic Church (established 1871), Catholic Charismatic Church of Canada (1968), Evangelical Catholic Church (1976), American Catholic Church in the United States (1999) ... Referring to canon 19 of the CCEO in this case is nonsense.

Quotation: “The faithful are invited to pray for the members of the group, that they may repent...”

Response: The faithful should pray for the members of the apostate group – Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith – that they may repent of apostasy and sins against the Holy Spirit!

Conclusion: On 1 May 2011, Pope Benedict XVI beatified the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – thus bringing down a curse on himself and on the whole Catholic Church. On 1 May 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate separated from the present-day apostatical Vatican which had betrayed Christ, and Catholic and apostolic doctrine. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate does not fight only against heresies but against their consequences too, particularly against gender-transsexualism and homosexualism which destroy all moral and Christian values. Moreover, it fights against the juvenile justice system which removes children from families without trial and without any real guilt. Children are sold into sexual slavery to homosexuals or paedophiles and some even for organs! These are crimes against humanity, against children! The Vatican is hypocritically silent on these crimes. Therefore it is co-responsible for them as well as for the crimes of paedophilia which it concealed and was silent on. The Vatican fell under an anathema – God’s curse in accordance with Gal 1:8-9.
