The Prague Manifesto:
The Synodal Journey uses Episcopal conferences
for self-destruction of the Church! Both must be abolished!
Presidents of European bishops’ conferences participated in the Prague Continental Assembly of the Synod on Synodality, which took place on 5-12 February 2023. In fact, it was a satanic sabbath abolishing God’s laws and promoting ecclesiastical legalization of the gravest LGBTQ immoralities. The participation of all presidents of bishops’ conferences manipulated public opinion into believing that all European bishops unanimously approved of the agenda of suicide of the Catholic Church. However, this is a deceit, manipulation and crime exceeding all limits! The tragic situation has reached the point where a radical and uncompromising intervention is needed. Episcopal conferences must be abolished! These Conferences have not only robbed diocesan bishops of their rights and deprived them of the sense of responsibility, but they are now literally forcing them to betray the very nature of the Church. They have actually become instruments of globalization aimed at gradually destroying the Church. It cannot go on like this. This evil and suicidal conference-based system must be abolished as soon as possible!
What was Cardinal Ratzinger’s view of Episcopal conferences? Some 40 years ago, as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, he said: “We must not forget that the Episcopal conferences have no theological basis, they do no belong to the structure of the Church, as willed by Christ, that cannot be eliminated.”
That is why today, having become an instrument of the Church’s suicide, they must be eliminated!
Card. Ratzinger: “No Episcopal conference, as such, has a teaching mission.”
Are you aware of this, dear bishops? Therefore, no Conference can authoritatively dictate a suicidal synodal path legalizing LGBTQ as if it had a teaching mission.
Card. Ratzinger: “The Catholic Church is based on an episcopal structure and not on a kind of federation of national churches. The national level is not an ecclesial dimension. It must once again become clear that in each diocese there is only one shepherd and teacher of the faith.”
So we ask: Who is currently responsible before God for all the faithful in a diocese? The Episcopal conference or the diocesan bishop? Undoubtedly, the diocesan bishop. But he was in fact robbed of his authority and there is someone else to make decisions. This is gross fraud and manipulation.
Card. Ratzinger: “The group of bishops united in the conferences depends in their decisions upon other groups, upon commissions that have been established to prepare draft proposals.”
It means that a bishop cannot responsibly deal with a problem since he has no way of being truthfully and thoroughly acquainted with it, and is unable either to make a responsible decision according to his faith and conscience. Moreover, he is psychologically manipulated by a predatory minority in so-called group voting to act against his reason and conscience. Therefore, this already criminal organization must be abolished. It does not allow anyone to defend the truths of faith or Christian morality, but does the exact opposite.
The elimination of Episcopal conferences is now the sine qua non without which the process of the Church’s suicide cannot be stopped!
The draft of the Manifesto for the bishop-led initiative of bishops emeriti of the Czech Republic, Dominik Cardinal Duka, Karel Herbst, František Radkovský, Josef Hrdlička and Vojtěch Cikrle, was prepared by the bishops of the BCP on the basis of the statements of Cardinal Ratzinger (Benedict XVI).
