God’s anathema and excommunication /Reply to an article by the CBC/
Post date: 2012-04-13Autor: BCP
The greatest provocation throughout history in relation to God, causing damage to the Catholic Church as a whole, has been the beatification of an apostate and thus also of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. On 1 May 2011, the Pope brought an anathema – God’s curse – both upon himself and upon the Catholic Church. On that very day, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate separated from the Vatican betrayal in order to maintain continuity with the two-thousand-year tradition of the orthodox Catholic Church. This continuity was disrupted by Popes John Paul II and Benedict XVI. Their new teaching with the spirit of the New Age has nothing to do with the Gospel, the apostolic teachings or the tradition of saints and martyrs.
First anniversary of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate
Post date: 2012-04-11Autor: BCP
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate was established by seven bishops of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church on 5 April 2011 in Zhovkva, Lvov Region, Ukraine. The Patriarchate was subject to Rome for only a few days, i.e. until 1 May 2011 when Rome openly fell away from Christ, the apostles’ doctrine and faith, and two-thousand-year Catholic tradition. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate protects and represents the purity of the Catholic faith, the apostles’ doctrine and orthodox Tradition, which the Church of Christ adhered to throughout 2000 years. It separated from heresies which destroy the essence of the Catholic Church.
Pastoral letter – Christmas 2011
Post date: 2011-12-21Autor: BCP
Dear Catholic and Christian faithful, Christmas brings us more deeply into the mystery of God being born as a defenceless child in a humble stable in Bethlehem. He came into the world as a defenceless child to show us the way of salvation and to take on Himself our sins and iniquities. He paid for our sins on the cross on Golgotha and conquered the devil who held the human race in bondage. His glorious Resurrection proved that His Gospel is the true way and that He is truly the Only Begotten Son of God and the only Saviour of mankind.

Discrimination and deportation
Post date: 2011-12-17Autor: BCP
Dear Mr President, we, Secretaries of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, hereby appeal to You to stop religious discrimination which is aimed at elimination of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). There is a plot devised by the UGCC leadership to deport our Patriarch Elijah from Ukraine. This deportation has been planned by the UGCC for at least six months. It is apparent lawlessness and political corruption on the part of the UGCC leadership which uses state structures for its purposes. The UGCC leadership has disclosed its discriminatory, deportation and elimination purposes several times in the mass media.
Letter to Mr Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights
Post date: 2011-11-23Autor: Synod UOGCC
Dear Sir, we have come to learn that from 19 to 26 November You are staying in Ukraine and having meetings with ombudsmen, public representatives, representatives of the Ministries as well as with the victims of human rights violations. We would like to ask You as Commissioner for Human Rights to deal with the fundamental human rights relating to freedom of religion and freedom of conscience, as provided by international charters as well as by the Constitution and Law of Ukraine. We would like to ask You to deal with our case too – specifically, with systematic inflammation of religious hatred and discrimination against us as a religious minority, namely against the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC).
The answer to the appeal – pamphlet – by the UGCC Synod and the RCC Conference from 28 October 2011
Post date: 2011-11-16Autor: Synod UOGCC
We would like to sober You down from Your fallacious views of Christ’s Church and from Your statements concerning us, the orthodox bishops of the UOGCC.The Catholic Church was established neither by You nor by any other people. It was established by the God-Man Jesus Christ. So the Church is no politico-economic institution to make a profit on but it is the Body of Christ. Therefore belonging to the Church – the Body of Christ – does not lie in a formal membership in the external structure of Your apostatical organization which You unjustly call “Catholic Church”. He is a Catholic and he belongs to the Catholic Church – the Mystical Body of Christ – who distances himself from heresies that deny the essence of the Catholic Church, including Husar’s heresies.
An appeal to Christians of Ukraine
Post date: 2011-11-12Autor: BCP
Therefore we urge all Christians of Ukraine to realize their responsibility before God and before the future generations and to make these concrete necessary steps to salvation:1) Pray for the salvation of the future generation as well as of Ukraine. 2) Fasting.3) Join together in various committees and civic organizations.4) Organize demonstrations systematically before the premises of the regional state administrations in your region with a demand for: cessation of so-called law amendments;abolition of the gender structure; abolition of the juvenile justice system; cessation of planned chipping.5) Petition the President for cessation of the process of demoralization and dechristianization of Ukraine, which is associated with the so-called amendments to the laws.
Consecration of Russia to the Mother of God
Post date: 2011-10-29Autor: BCP
In 1037, Yaroslav the Wise consecrated Kievan Rus to the Holy Mother of God in “the Golden gates”.In 1917, the Mother of God appeared to three children in Fatima. The last apparition in Fatima was on 13 October 1917, on the eve of the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. In her messages Our Lady of Fatima gave a prophetic word to the world with the request that all Russia should be consecrated to her Immaculate Heart. She gave a promise: “If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace."On 13 October 2011, the eve of the Feast of the Protecting Veil of the Mother of God, in the monastery chapel of contemplative sisters in Ukraine at 9 pm., Patriarch Elijah fulfilled her request.
An appeal to the Christian clergy in Ukraine
Post date: 2011-10-16Autor: BCP
Dear Christian ministers,we are living in difficult times. The Christian shepherds are obliged to protect the flock and to provide healthy pastures for their sheep. Today Ukraine witnesses adoption of so-called law amendments, which bring in amorality and lawlessness and lead to the loss of national sovereignty. The priests and pastors should encourage the faithful to organize demonstrations in front of regional councils once a month for two hours. A common demand is: a) stop to chip implantation; b) stop to the criminal juvenile justice system; c) stop to gender-gay ideology; d) stop to law amendments leading to genocide.
Dismissal and punishment of government officials /letter to the Minister of Culture of Ukraine/
Post date: 2011-09-12Autor: Synod UOGCC
Dear Sir, we remind You the responsibility to justly punish employees subordinated to You. It is the chief of the Main Department On Matters of Internal Policy, Nationalities and Religions of the Lviv Regional State Administration (former Department on Matters of Nationalities and Religions), Mr R. Kurash, and chief of the same department in Ternopol Regional State Administration, Mr I. Kulchytskyi, who commit unlawful religious discrimination.
Religious discrimination in Ukraine
Post date: 2011-09-10Autor: Synod UOGCC
As from 10th September 2011, Ukraine is introducing liberalization of the visa regime between Ukraine and the EU. The State Committee of Ukraine on Matters of Nationalities and Religions has been illegally blocking the registration of a religious minority – Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church for two years. From this it follows: a) 23 contemplative sisters from the monastery of St. Elijah the Prophet will not obtain documentation for a long-stay visa and will have to leave Ukraine. They do not have monastery in the EU. Religious discrimination de facto passes into their dissolution. b) Immediately after 10th September 2011, the Patriarch of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate has to leave Ukraine for the same reason, otherwise he will find himself outside the law and, as a result of religious discrimination, will be deported. Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr Y. Bohutskyi, must be removed from office and justly punished for crimes of religious discrimination.
Judgement at the head (Patriarch Elijah put on trial)
Post date: 2011-08-06Autor: faithful
On Tuesday 19 July 2011, the UOGCC faithful attached a cross to the gable roof of their chapel. It provoked an immediate response of the aggressive supporters of the Redemptorists. They took our ladder, climbed to the roof of private property – the chapel, which is against the law, and threw the cross down to the ground.A clear proof that the whole event had a predetermined aim was that the police took up none of the attackers but the Bishop who defended himself against the furious mob. The police detained him from 24:00 to 14:30. They did not allow forensic medical examination which he had asked for. Readiness of the police was only too astonishing: the Patriarch arrested in the middle of the night and put on trial early in the morning, no evidence provided by the sisters, no forensic medical examination allowed. The frame-up trial was to be held at 9 o’clock in the morning. The police provided Shevchenko District Court merely with one-sided evidence material supplied by the attackers.
An appeal to the Christian Churches of Ukraine
Post date: 2011-07-19Autor: BCP
On 24 May 2011 President of Ukraine signed the document “Strategy of juvenile criminal justice in Ukraine”. It is virtually the approval of the so-called juvenile justice system. The Parliament is to take a final decision in August as to whether this supranational structure will be established in Ukraine. Politicians and the Ukrainian society expect a clear and uncompromising attitude of the Christians of Ukraine towards this most topical issue that concerns every citizen. Indifference at this time, especially on the part of Church representatives who are entrusted with responsibility, is not only a sin but a downright crime against God, against children and against the nation.
Pastoral letter on the feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit
Post date: 2011-06-11Autor: BCP
For the Holy Spirit to come and blow in Ukraine in power, there must be souls who repent sincerely. At Pentecost the Church was born through repentance by the power of the Holy Spirit. At the present time, through impenitence and apostasy the hierarchy and clergy have received the spirit of antichrist, similarly to the hierarchy of the Pharisees and scribes at the time of Christ. What was essential in the birth of the Church two thousand years ago is essential even today. Those who will make a concrete step of repentance and separate from the apostatical structure headed by Benedict, are the beginnings of the true Catholic Church reborn.
Letter to Catholic priests and believers of Belgium
Post date: 2011-06-10Autor: BCP
Dear priests and Catholic believers of Belgium, Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate turns to You with a particularly important appeal. It concerns every Catholic of Belgium. In this time of mass apostasy from the true, saving faith it is necessary that one should separate oneself radically and concretely from the spirit of apostasy which the Church hierarchy has received. On 1st May 2011, Pope Benedict XVI elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the altar of the Church, thus calling down a curse upon the whole Church. This spirit of heresy and apostasy is the source of paedophilia and homosexuality among priests and has its roots in the new 25-year tradition of Assisi.
God’s appeal to all priests of the Roman Catholic Church
Post date: 2011-05-10Autor: BCP
The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby calls in the name of God on all Roman Catholic priests to separate themselves from the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist. As a priest in the liturgy confesses his unity with the Pope and the bishop, he is now required to:1) publicly distance himself from the spirit of Assisi before the faithful.2) stop mentioning ex-Pope Benedict XVI and apostate bishop in the Holy Liturgy. A priest who will not do so until 12th June 2011, makes it manifest that he maintains unity with the spirit of apostasy. By this very act he will excommunicate himself from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church – and the liturgy celebrated by him, as by an apostate, will be invalid.
Episcopal consecrations and the BCP
Post date: 2011-05-06Autor: BCP
On 3rd March 2008, the episcopal consecration of four Basilian monks from the Pidhirtsi monastery was made public. This was announced to the Holy Father along with an explanation that this step was taken in an emergency situation and for the good of the UGCC.On 5th April 2011, due to the growing crisis in the Church, the orthodox Synod of Bishops declared the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, whose scope of activity goes beyond the limits of the Ukrainian Church and which has become an orthodox alternative for the orthodox Catholics of the Latin rite. The establishment of the Patriarchate has an extremely serious reason, namely: defence of the orthodox Catholic teaching and morals in the whole Catholic Church!
A reply to the letter of Gregorios III, “Patriarch” for Melchites in Antioch, Alexandria and Jerusalem
Post date: 2011-04-20Autor: BCP
Reverend Father, on behalf of Christ we beseech You to renounce the heresies of L. Huzar as well as the antichristian spirit of Assisi and not to attend beatification of an apostate. If You do attend this event, You will bring God’s anathema upon Yourself. This is not a threat but a salvific warning.
