                                  A ban on homosexual propaganda

Dear Sirs and Madams!

Vadim Kolesnichenko, a deputy of the Parliament of Ukraine, submitted a bill “On a ban on homosexual propaganda among children” (Law № 10290). His proposal provoked an immediate backlash from the UN and the EU. In case of its adoption Ukraine is under threat of sanctions and withdrawal of the “generous” offer of liberalization of the visa regime for Ukraine. On the day of the vote on this bill, Belgian gays organized a demonstration in Brussels against Ukraine. Also the European Court has warned Ukraine that it runs the risk of accusations on their part. They argue that this law contradicts the European Convention on Human Rights, the international charters and allegedly even the Constitution of Ukraine.

When Ukraine signed the European Convention on Human Rights and other international conventions and charters, no one would suspect a trap. In each newly adopted law there is a clause which gives priority to these international treaties over Ukrainian laws. Ukraine is being pressurized into adopting hundreds of laws that promote the destruction of moral, spiritual and Christian values. Under the guise of lofty terms like “rights”, “freedoms” or “anti-discrimination” one is establishing a dictatorship of homosexualism and transsexualism and criminal juvenile justice mechanisms which ruthlessly steal children from their parents without real guilt and sell them abroad for so-called adoption by homosexuals and paedophiles. Apart from that, euthanasia and narcotics are inconspicuously moving towards legalization. All this is done by fraud, lies, coercion and manipulation on the part of the EU and the UN.

On the other hand, on the basis of the European Convention Ukraine is strictly prohibited from enacting at least one law on true protection of children and youth. A small group of perverted people discriminates against the vast majority of citizens who want to educate their children in traditional Christian values and to secure them the legal right to pure childhood. This is international tyranny imposed by the EU and the UN, the consequence being moral, spiritual and physical genocide of the nation.

According to the UN, this law violates the constitutional right to equality, dignity, freedom from discrimination (Arts. 21, 24 and 28) as well as the right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and beliefs (Art. 34), the right to freely collect, store and disseminate information (Art. 34) and the right to freedom of assembly. But the truth is that this law effectively protects the young generation against a homodictatorship. The adoption of so-called anti-discrimination laws in relation to homosexuals (1.5%) in actual fact discriminates against the vast majority of the population (98.5%). The punishment of so-called “homophobia” deprives people of the right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and religious beliefs, and the right to freely collect, store and disseminate information. The State of Massachusetts, USA, proposes a fine of up to $ 2,500 and a year in prison if someone just says something against gay demoralization. A pastor was imprisoned in Sweden for half a year because he expressed his Christian view and belief and called homosexuality a sin.

Moreover, the law to be adopted will allegedly violate the right to privacy (Arts. 31 and 32) and the right to free development of personality (Art. 23). But it is the UN and the EU who hypocritically deny the right to privacy through the criminal juvenile justice mechanism which aims to exercise harsh control over every family. It boycotts education as well as sound drug and crime prevention. It prohibits a sound upbringing, labelling it as family violence, imposes a perverse gender ideology on children as early as in kindergarten and thus denies the right to free development of their personality. In Britain, where homosexuals make up 1.5% of population, the entire society must bow down, the result being that children throughout the country are no longer allowed to call their parents “father” and “mother”, neither can these terms be used in official documents. They have been replaced by “parent one” and “parent two”. This is hypocrisy and crime.

The UN further state that the passage of the Law № 10290 will mean a breach of freedom of assembly. But the truth is that if the state continues to adopt the so-called anti-discrimination laws, all moral people will be deprived of the right to any peaceful assembly for the protection of children and family.

The UN demagogically state that the Law № 10290 will violate the right to health protection. It is known that homosexuality is associated with deadly AIDS. In USA, only 2% of the population is homosexual, but they comprise 70% of carriers of AIDS and hepatitis B. The truth is that under the term of “homophobia” the majority of people are denied the right to health protection against infectious diseases spread by homosexuals. We ask: How can it be discrimination if the society protects itself against numerous diseases and in particular against deadly AIDS spread by homosexuals?

Dear Members of Parliament, we implore You: Be true patriots! Do not be manipulated by the genocidal policy of the EU and the UN.

But what will follow if You succumb to pressure from the West in the matter of Bill № 10290? You will betray the Ukrainian nation and this nation will become a colony of the EU with no more right to its traditional Christian values, protection of the Ukrainian family or sound moral upbringing of children.

Unless You protect children from sexual perversion, Ukraine will lose everything, because the healthy young generation is the future of the nation. What will be the good of a visa-free regime with the EU if Ukraine will open the door to moral, spiritual and physical destruction of the nation through demoralization and demonization of its own children?

Follow the example of the President of Gambia, Yahya Jammeh, who did not let himself be manipulated by U.S. threats to cut off foreign aid in case of his rejecting the anti-discrimination laws. He said: “Take your aid away. We will rather eat grass than accept this ungodly evil attitude that is anti-God, anti-human and anti-creation. We will not lose our humanity for the so-called human rights. We will respect human rights where a human being behaves like a human being.”

A group of several African countries opposed the threat of the United Kingdom to exclude them from financial aid if they refuse to legalize homosexuality. Tanzania’s Foreign Minister said: “We will never legalize it. Tanzania is ready to end diplomatic ties with Britain if it imposes (“recommends”) conditions on the assistance it provides to pressurize for adoption of laws that recognize homosexuality.”

Dear Members of Parliament, do follow their example and do not succumb to the EU and UN dictatorship!
