• Ireland: The bishops of Ireland did not confess the faith and did not renounce heresies, for which reason on 17th November 2009 they drew down upon themselves God’s punishment of anathema, i.e. excommunication from the Church. What is the fruit of their denial of Christ? These days Bishop James Moriarty has applied to the Pope for dismissal from office. The reason was that he covered up homosexual and paedophiliac scandals.

      Bishop Donald Murray has resigned from office for the same reason. During the visit of the Irish bishops to the Vatican the Holy Father Benedict XVI was deeply grieved and alarmed. He promised to take measures to prevent similar scandals.

      The first and foremost measure is to confess the faith and to renounce heresies! Any other measures will remain ineffective. Without this step there will be no moral reparation.

• Germany: 120 000 people fell away from the Catholic Church in Germany in the year 2009. In the same year all bishops of Germany fell under an anathema. The reason was that they had not renounced unity with the heresies of ex-Archbishop Robert Zollitsch. At Easter R. Zollitsch declared that Christ had not died for our sins but out of solidarity with the suffering. This is ‘haeresis maxima’! At the turn of the year this heretic hypocritically stated that it was necessary to search for the reason why the German Catholics had fallen away. He does not realize that he and the apostatical hierarchy are the main reason. This flagrant blindness is the fruit of “high theological level” of HCT and of uncritical regard for paganism.
• Poland: The bishops in Poland denied the faith and remained in unity with heresies and with the spirit of syncretism of the Pope’s gesture in Assisi. For that reason they fell under God’s punishment of anathema, i.e. excommunication from the Church. The fruit is the curse that has come upon the nation. It has become evident concretely in the prohibition against Christian symbols and crosses in public places.
• Argentina: Archbishop Edgardo Storni of Santa Fe Metropolis has been sentenced to 8 years’ imprisonment for sexual abuse of a seminarian. It is already the fourth case in Argentina. This, too, is the fruit of regard for paganism and HCT. Therefore to demand confession of faith from the hierarchs today is really a necessity.
• In America (State of Virginia) Mrs Lisa M. repented of homosexuality. Because she now wants to bring up her adopted daughter as a Christian, she is under threat of prison. While she lived in sin, she was not legally liable; only after she was converted, she came into conflict with the law. This is the fruit of “innocent” gay-prides and mainly of the Church’s silence.

• On 23rd-24th December 2009 a second meeting took place in Kiev in support of registration of the UOGCC. It was attended by Bishops Markian OSBM and Metod?j OSBM along with a group of young men. One more petition for registration was officially transmitted to the Prime Minister, Mrs J. Tymoshenko. The first meeting took place on 25th November 2009, on the feast of St. Josaphat, with about 100 believers of the UOGCC in attendance. It continued for two days. Bishops of the UOGCC discussed the matter with an official representative of the Cabinet of Ministers. He informed them that the petition was going to be dealt with. He warned, however, that ex-Cardinal Husar puts the whole matter on a political level, especially before the election, and tries to prevent the registration.

The attorney general admitted that on 31st July 2009 a criminal act was committed on the part of state bodies by order of the heretical hierarchy of the UGCC against the religious sisters of the Monastery of St. Elias the Prophet when one of their postulants was abducted from their monastery. Many deputies likewise responded by letters. We quote from one of them: “... for owing to this very case You were given an opportunity to reveal the core of the problem in the fight for truth and justice which is fully on Your side.” The sisters see the only real solution in registration of the UOGCC.
