Pastoral letter to all Christians of Europe

 

 

This pastoral letter should be proclaimed by the Episcopal Conference of Europe. Since it is paralyzed by the apostatic structure within the Church, this task is now fulfilled by us, bishops of the orthodox Catholic Synod of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in Ukraine.

 

The President of the Bishops’ Conference of Germany publicly uttered a heresy which denies the very essence of our salvation and of whole Christianity (18th April 2009). He declared: “Jesus Christ did not die on the cross for our sins.” This heresy denies not only Christ’s Divinity but also our salvation in Christ. Many bishops of Europe have the same spirit of heresy.

 

These days a hidden fight is taking place for the being or not being of Europe. We put it in the following five points:

1)   Cancellation of the Lisbon Treaty

2)   Purification of the Church from heresies

3)   Purification of the Church from occultism

4)   Confession of faith

5)   Continual prayer

  

Ad 1) Cancellation of the Lisbon Treaty (LT)

 

In essence, the LT destroys not only Christianity but even the individual, family and society by legalizing immoralities (abortions, euthanasia, homosexual marriages).

The LT makes not the least mention of Christianity which is founded on God’s laws and guarantees even natural moral principles. Amorality cannot be the foundation on which a healthy family and society may be built; the painful witness is history.

 

Homosexual marriages. No people and no society ever in history has had laws of such kind. One is not condemning the people who through the fault of others developed this deviation. However, to put these marriages on an equal footing with natural marriage is anomaly! The Word of God shows that THE ROOT OF HOMOSEXUALITY IS IDOLATRY AND OCCULTISM. The curse for these sins continues up until the third and fourth generation! Moreover, behind idolatry and homosexuality is a spirit, an unclean spirit. Homosexuality leads to depressions, suicidal tendencies and often results in the infection with the AIDS virus. The worst thing is that homosexuality is being forced upon adolescent boys and girls, and even upon children, as something natural. That’s a crime! This corruption of sound nature caused by homosexuality is also indirectly supported by the wide-spread homoeopathic “remedies”. This is not normal medicine but “treatment” on the basis of spirituality rooted in magic (occultism). Magic, divination and spiritism open the door for homosexuality (cf. Rom 1:18f).

 

The LT promotes homosexuality. When gay-activists start spreading this amoral infection in schools, noone will be able to defend the innocent and defenceless children. If anyone dares to do so, the EU laws will label it as homophobia and the person concerned may end up in prison!

 

Homosexual marriage serves as a means of disintegrating the basic human institution of marriage – a communion of father, mother and children! This systematic liquidation of the individual, family and society is a crime against humanity. Nazi leaders were tried in Nuremberg for crimes against humanity. The real tragedy was that they all pleaded not guilty in that they just obeyed the commands of the superiors! However, if a crime is established as a law, the one who obeys it is a criminal!

 

German Chancellor A. Merkel has pointed out recently that the most topical issue, allegedly, is now the question of the Holocaust, and she urges the Pope to deal with it. The spiritual holocaust of Europe and of natural moral values in general, which family and society are founded on, is the Lisbon Treaty. It is therefore necessary to cancel the LT, to declare the definite “NO” of the first Irish referendum carried and to withdraw the second referendum! It is obvious to everyone that, as has been said by President of CR V. Klaus, there is great pressure being exerted on legislation both from within and without. Catholic Ireland is now exposed to this pressure through various economic offers or through threats and manipulation.

 

Ad 2) Purification of the Church from heresies

 

Bishops as successors of the Apostles are obliged, each in his own diocese, to guarantee salvation for the souls committed to their pastoral care:

? by preaching the full Gospel in God’s power!

? by protecting the orthodox doctrine and morals.

? by warning against heresies and false spiritual streams (sound apologetics).

  

Because the Church does not preach conversion, repentance and the following of Christ as matters of primary importance, she is lacking in the power of God. This power is substituted by misinterpretations of the Holy Scripture on the so-called scholarly basis of historic-critical theology (HCT) and false regard for other religions. The fruit is disbelief in the Divinity of Christ and disbelief in the divine inspiration of the Holy Scripture. The foundation is undermined. Seminaries educate priests in this spirit of schizophrenia or practical apostasy so that they consequently poison the very last believer in the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church!

 

Why do the Apostles’ successors – bishops – do so? Why do they support spiritual self-destruction of the Church? Because they themselves were not guided to repentance and to practical following of Christ, but the emphasis was in the first place laid on in so-called “scientism” and false regard for paganism! Behind this system which is poisoning the Church there are false prophets – many professors at theological faculties. These have never been converted, or if they ever had some faith they have lost it. They have one aim – to make false unity with the spirit of the world even at the price that they betray Christ, drive out the Spirit of God from the Church and thus cause spiritual death! By means of educational system these representatives of apostasy and heretical teaching of the HCT form and influence the future priests. Already for fifty years the candidates for the episcopate chosen from among these priests are specially those who either propagate heresies or are too cowardly to stand up for God’s reform in their diocese. Bishops with the spirit of the Apostle Paul are few and far between.

 

Where are the roots of this state? At the end of the 19th century Christianity was internally paralyzed by so-called Modernism. This stream, the same as the contemporary historic-critical method, questioned the foundations of Christianity: the Divinity of Christ and the inspiration of the Scripture! At the time, God gave the Church a prophet in the person of Pope St. Pius X who started an internal reform of the Church under the motto: “To restore all things in Christ.” After the Pope’s death (1914) two world wars took place and the reform was not accomplished.

 

Once Christianity loses its substance – the saving faith – the vacuum is filled with diverse philosophies, theologies and psychologies. The fact that the bishops did not preach repentance, conversion and the following of Christ resulted in internal poisoning and apostasy from the Church.

 

The covert antipapal and apostatic structure kills whatever spiritual stream in the Church that could bring a true revival. And it is doing this all under the guise of sacred obedience. Under false obedience the Church today is committing her suicide! When war criminals were tried in Nuremberg, they objected: “We just obeyed the superiors!”

 

A heretic – apostate – is a traitor of Christ and of the Church. An apostate bishop or priest can no longer be obeyed by anyone! The one who obeys him partakes of his heresies and of his antichristian spirit.

 

By authority of the apostolic and prophetic office we oblige every Catholic in conscience (see Mt 18:18) not to obey an apostate bishop or priest!

  

St. Basil the Great expressly says: “A Christian must not forsake Christ’s martyrs and follow heretical bishops, for these are alien to God. Let those be accursed too who go over to them.” (Canons of the Eastern Churches, can. 37)

Next St. Basil writes: “We run away from the heretics as from godless people, pronouncing an anathema upon them. Avoid their meetings, too, for which they gather to meanly deceive the listeners! Flee from them therefore, that you may preserve unimpaired faith of the fathers.”

  

A substitute for the Gospel is human philosophies. The Gospel is true life philosophy and true wisdom in comparison with which these human speculations are sheer folly, as St. Paul emphasizes in his epistles (see 1Cor 1; Col 2:8). Different philosophies dealt heavy blows to the Church, and because the Church did not repent constantly she practically stopped breathing. To a certain extent the Church is to blame for both world wars. If the Church had been truly open to the spirit of prophecy and repentance, the rule of Communism and Nazism could have been prevented (the fruit of these two philosophies was the concentration camps, holocausts and gulags).

 

NOW EUROPE IS FACED WITH THE SO-CALLED LISBON TREATY BEHIND WHICH IS A YET WORSE SPIRIT THAN WAS BEHIND NAZISM AND COMMUNISM! In these days we can still stop the spirit of death by prayer and word.

 

The responsibility for the catastrophes in Europe does not fall on the Church alone, but also on the Freemasons who cunningly destroy the sound roots of Christianity as well as the sound morals. The spiritual root of Freemasonry is in the sphere of occultism – false spirituality. Their initiation rites are no consecration to God but to antigod! Leo XIII as well as other Popes said a definite “NO” to this organization, which had to be taken into account by every Catholic Christian!

 

Ad 3) Purification of the Church from occultism

 

The sphere of magic, divination and spiritism as well as of other modern practices of this antispirituality has not been clearly defined and condemned by the Church! Why? Because it is not possible without first preaching the full Gospel to the believers in the power of God. However, the full Gospel cannot be preached because the Church does not have this power of God! And why does she not have it? Because she does not repent in earnest in relation to the First Commandment! It is necessary not only to confess with our mouth the true faith and to renounce heresies, but also to make the second step of interior conversion – to give God our sins as well as the root of sin in us, that is, our pride and immorality (the old self). This is inevitably connected with the reception of the fullness of the Holy Spirit and with a fight against the spirit of the world (today New Age). More often than not, it is only then that we are able to remove the distinct layers on our soul, such as different forms of magic, divination, spiritism, Oriental philosophies and the practices tied up with them – e.g. zen and yoga meditations or martial arts connected with the Oriental meditations and spirituality. Furthermore, it concerns occult practices of so-called alternative medicine (acupuncture, acupressure, Chinese massages associated with the so-called Yin and Yang energies), occult house decoration in the magic Feng-Shui style, piercing – of nose, tongue... The field of magic likewise includes the widespread homoeopathic “medicine”, which, moreover, is a highly profitable business. Besides, one needs to break with horoscopes, signs of the zodiac, divination (e.g. by pendulum or dowsing rod), so-called geopathogenic zones and folk superstition. This all is false belief which paralyzes the saving faith. Occult practices also include hypnosis, which opens up the soul to this sphere, and allegedly harmless magnetization. The method of reiki is an evident form of magic tied up with Oriental spirituality. There is a whole range of practices, beginning with “innocent” horoscopes in the daily press or endless advertisements of fortune-tellers and various quasi-healers. This is not merely a question of money, which one is stripped of; the greatest harm is caused to the human soul and mind by opening them up to different “energies” (demons) which lead away from Christ and salvation. Every Christian has to repent in relation to this sphere. How? An example is the conversion at Ephesus: “When they had been converted they burned all occult literature and objects, the value of which totalled fifty thousand pieces of silver!” (cf. Acts 19:19) Without this step Your prayers for Europe will have no power before God!

 

Dear Christians of Europe,

in the letter An SOS for Europe our Bishops’ Synod has appealed to the eurodeputies to cancel the Lisbon Treaty for the reason that it is in essence directed against humanity – it prepares the way for legalization of unnatural and immoral laws (homosexual marriages, euthanasia, abortions). The LT leads to disintegration of the individual, family and society and thus to self-destruction of Europe!

 

In the letter of 21st May 2009 we appealed to the Irish bishops and government not to submit to the dictate and pressure on the part of the EU which is forcing them to hold a second referendum.

 

However, it is necessary that You, Christians of Europe, become aware of the importance of this historic hour in this historic year 2009. Today it is still possible to upset the process of self-destruction of Europe! The responsibility lies with everyone who considers oneself a Christian!

 

We remind that at this time the hidden root of curse is being dealt with, and that is apostasy from Christianity through the so-called antipapal and apostatic structure. This structure is the centre of bishops and prelates who act in the name of the Pope and in the authority of the Apostles; so they bind Your conscience by obedience but they themselves do not obey God and do the opposite of what they are obliged to do as apostles! These are apostles with the spirit of Judas. We announce to You that these disguised traitors of Christ and of the Church hold the highest Church posts, e.g. Prefect of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches Card. L. Sandri, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples Card. I. Dias, Card. L. Husar and others. They hypocritically shelter themselves behind the Pope and even act in his name and in his authority! The case of the President of the German Bishops’ Conference only confirms what we are pointing out here.

 

Another deterrent example is the Bishops’ Conference in the Czech Republic (CR) under the leadership and spirit of the Focolare movement. Card. Vlk is responsible for the legalization of homosexual laws in CR; moreover, he publicly shields the heresies of Prof. Fr. Halík. Halík denies the historical and real resurrection of Christ and propagates Buddhism. At the same time, as an apostate priest he is a member of the so-called Committee of Wise Men in the EU to the detriment of the Church.

 

The apostate hierarchy ridicules our Lord and Saviour, His redemptive death on the cross as well as His resurrection, and thus it commits a sin against the Holy Spirit.

German philosophy and theology prepares not only a physical but also a spiritual holocaust of living Christianity in all Europe. German Chancellor A. Merkel just concentrates all her energies on its completion by promoting the LT. THE LT PROMOTERS ARE MERE GRAVE-DIGGERS OF CHRISTIANITY IN EUROPE. THE ANGELS OF DEATH FOR EUROPE ARE THE BISHOPS WHO HAVE THE SAME SPIRIT OF APOSTASY AS PRESIDENT OF THE GERMAN BISHOPS’ CONFERENCE ARCHBP. R. ZOLLITSCH.

 

However, not all of the bishops have this spirit of apostasy. Who is an apostate and who is faithful to Christ and to His Mystical Body – the Church – shall be discerned and published by means of a “spiritual referendum”, whose final date is 14th September 2009.

 

Ad 4) Confession of faith

 

A bishop, priest, professor of theology, superior in the seminary or in a religious institute who will not confess the true doctrine and renounce heresies publicly before his subordinates by 14th September 2009 will make it clear that he has betrayed Christ, renounced Him, and incurred God’s punishment – anathema (cf. Gal 1:8-9). If he should die in such state and not repent, he would be eternally condemned. That he will continue in his office and thus maintain the apostatic structure is a different matter. The believers must no longer obey such bishop, priest or religious. This we declare to You on behalf of Christ and by His authority. “If anyone preaches any other gospel to you, let him be accursed – anathema sit!” (Gal 1:8-9)

 

All bishops of Europe will give account of this letter both before God and before men. Even every Christian, and not only Catholic, believer of Europe will give account of whether he remained indifferent to this letter or lifted up his hands and heart to God in a prayer for salvation.

 

On behalf of God we call You all in this historic time TO JOIN THE PRAYER FOR SPIRITUAL RESURRECTION OF FALLEN-AWAY-FROM-CHRISTIANITY EUROPE. Europe is a spiritual cemetery and the Lord shows the solution through the prophet (Ezek 37:1f): “Prophesy, son of man, to these dry bones.” This word of prophecy is now given in this call for repentance and continual prayer. The reaction to the word of prophecy was a rattling noise; and the bones scattered over the valley of death came together, bone to bone, and were made into skeletons – foundations of a new life in Christ. After further prophesying comes the next stage of spiritual resurrection. The bones were covered with muscles and finally, after still further prophesying, the Spirit of God came into them. They all came to life and stood up on their feet – a great army of them! Army symbolizes power, ability to fight. To be a martyr and warrior of God, who bears witness and saves the souls from eternal perdition – that is God’s intention for the Christians of Europe!

 

God said: “These bones are the people of God – Israel.” Yes, these bones are the people of God – the Church of Europe! RESURRECTION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY GOD.

The condition is one – REPENTANCE. The greatest obstacle to resurrection is the apostatic hierarchy with the spirit of HCT and false regard for paganism. And next, the Lisbon Treaty! This all must be brought before God in continual prayer for His solution. This decides the future of Europe; this decides the being or not being of Christianity in Europe.

 

What to do? To launch spiritual mobilization of all genuine Christians in a spiritual fight against the powers of darkness by means of prayer-groups and prayer-guards (see Eph 6:12).

 

Ad 5) Continual prayer

 

Prayer-guard model in the EU: Each member of the prayer-group chooses one hour of the day during which he will pray for 10 days every month. This is his prayer-guard. The prayer-groups fill all hours of the day with 24 people. 3 prayer-groups occupy the whole month. The division:

 

From 1st to 10th – Christians of Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland and Great Britain.

From 11th to 20th – Christians of Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and the Czech Republic.

From 21st to 30th(31st) – Christians of Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

 

Prayer-intention: spiritual and moral resurrection of Europe. Besides the prayer-guards, all members pray the so-called holy hour every day from 8 to 9 pm. At 9 pm priests and bishops send their blessing, from the place where they are, to all these prayer-groups to the four cardinal points. Continual prayer began on the feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit (31st May 2009) and will last till October 2009. This time will decide the Lisbon Treaty, the referendum in Ireland and also the confession of faith and renouncement of heresies by bishops and priests.

 

During the month every warrior of God devotes 40 hours to prayer (30 days daily from 8 to 9 pm and 10 days of personal prayer-guard).

 

How to pray?

 

The first step: First enter God’s presence, realize that God sees You, in true self-criticism confess before Him that You are 1) a wilful man (You follow Your own pathways, You do no seek and do the will of God /cf. Isa 53:6/); 2) a judge (You judged others by words or in thoughts and thought Yourself better than them); 3) a hedonist (fastidiousness, gluttony, pleasure-seeking, laziness, impure looks and thoughts). Then realize God’s Word: “The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.” (Rom 6:23) Look in spirit at Christ’s cross and realize that He died for Your sins, that He died instead of You and gives You eternal life. Give Him Your sins and receive His forgiveness.

 

The second step: In God’s presence give Jesus not only Your past but also Your future and Your biggest problem. You can repeat for a few seconds: “Jesus, I trust in You!”

 

The third step: Realize God’s Word: “With God nothing shall be impossible.” Believe that God is really almighty and then pray with faith for the spiritual resurrection of Europe and give Him thanks in the firm belief that He will accomplish it. Bring before Him Your nation, Your town, village, Your family, Your friends. This is Europe, too. Even You Yourself are already a part of the risen Europe. You can kneel or stand; at least for 5 minutes during Your prayer-guard have Your hands lifted up, Your mouth half-opened and call upon God by help of Your breath or inner groaning and commit Yourself wholly to Him. At that moment You fulfil the First Commandment: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” (Mk 12:30) Here You will experience the help of the Holy Spirit who will intercede for You with groanings too deep for words (cf. Rom 8:26). The principle: The prayer needs perseverance. “And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to Him day and night?  Will He delay long over them? I tell you, He will give justice to them speedily.” (Lk 18:7-8) Remember: You are not praying alone, You are part of a great army of God’s warriors.

 

The question of fasting: Fasting on bread and water on Wednesdays and Fridays or for three and a half days a week. How to keep the fast? For example: You finish Your supper on Sunday evening at 6 pm. Till Monday supper (at 6 pm) You eat nothing – i.e. 24 hours. The same from Tuesday supper till Wednesday supper – 24 hours again. Then the fast continues from Thursday evening till Saturday morning (36 hours). 84 hours of fast altogether. The week has 168 hours, so three and a half days equal half the week. This is a biblical number, too (cf. Rev 11:3.9; 12:6).

 

Jesus said: “This kind (the spirit of heresy and apostasy of the bishops and priests, and the spirit behind the Lisbon Treaty) does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (cf. Mt 17:21)

 

The experience of a spiritual fight: In the years 1988-89 the Christians in the former Czechoslovakia fought a similar fight and immediately afterwards the spirit of Communism was cast out therefrom. Now in the same way God’s power will cast out the spirit of apostasy and heresies from the Church and the spirit of the Lisbon Treaty!

 

Dear Christians of Europe,

we, bishops of the orthodox Catholic Synod in Ukraine, have called on You on behalf of God to take responsibility for Europe! In the hour of Your death God will demand that You give account of whether You laughed at Him or took the call to repentance and prayer seriously!

 

Every day at 9 pm we send and will send You a blessing for Your fight! This blessing will also be sent to You every day by Your orthodox Catholic bishops and priests.
