- Astonishing faith!
Some priests suggestively claim to the believers of the UGCC that the book “Discussions with His Beatitude L. Husar: On Postconfessional Christianity” was not
published at all and that we made it all up.
However, the reality is: This book was published in two editions.

- Radio “Dzvony” (Ivano-Frankivsk)
On the days 1st and 2nd September 2008 the religious radio station Dzvony announced every moment that we had been excommunicated from the Church and that we no
longer were members of a religious order. Further it was mendaciously reported that we had beaten up Bishop T. Senkiv in Stryi and even the police.
Such lies are spread by the Church radio of Ivano-Frankivsk?

- An act of vandalism
Bishop M. Koltun gave a task to the local dean to take over the church in the village of Zavodske. The dean along with four priests called several people about whom
it is known that they are in opposition to the local priest. They met with the priests in a bar where drinking alcohol they discussed how to take over the church.
On Wednesday 10th September 2008 at 7am the dean came to Zavodske with a few priests. They had forced the locks of the church and put theirs instead.
Those are really curious methods which Bishop M. Koltun uses. But will this method not rebound on him?

- The main demand: withdrawal of L. Husar
Representatives of the new Synod turned three times in writing to the bishops present both from Ukraine and from diaspora. They even came themselves to the place of
the synod and asked for a dialogue; however, they were not received. The main demand of the new Synod was the withdrawal of the apostate Card. L. Husar.
