                                                       Caution

Cardinal Husar, who no longer is Head of the UGCC, though he illegally continues in this office, issues illegal excommunications. He has already excluded himself from the Catholic Church by his heresies and has fallen under a curse according to Gal 1:8-9. His “Caution” concerning us, Pidhirtsi bishops, had to be read out in all the churches of the UGCC on 12th October 2008. Nevertheless, there were also some courageous priests who refused to read it out. Till this time neither L. Husar nor his bishops have repented and they remain in apostasy and under a curse, exccommunication from the Church. If they died in this state, they would be eternally condemned! Who wants to be saved cannot and must not obey overt heretics. If one obeys them, one does not obey Christ and falls under the same curse as the heretics.

The reason for the apostasy of Card. Husar is the following heresies of his:

1)       casting doubt upon the Divinity of Christ

2)       casting doubt upon the Virginity of the Mother of God

3)       casting doubt upon the eternity of hell, and propagation of reincarnation

4)       divination by pendulum

5)       propagation of occultism and syncretism

6)       approval of homosexuality and relativism

7)       denial of the primacy of the Pope

For these heresies the statement which Card. Husar wrote about us applies to him: “Stubborn behaviour of these people – of the heretic L. Husar and bishops united with his heresies – resulted in the Church confirming – on the basis of the canon law – their (i.e. Card. L. Husar’s and his bishops’) official exclusion from her membership and inflicting upon them the punishment of major excommunication (anathema acc. to Gal 1:8-9: ‘If anyone is preaching a different gospel, let him be accursed.’). They are no longer members of the Catholic Church and can perform neither ministerial duties nor the teaching or any other Church office. Members of the Church must not communicate with them in whatever way, i.e. take part in their illegal priestly service or in another activity of theirs. Commotion and despondency which they (Card. L. Husar et al.) cause among the believers by their letters (in journals ‘Meta’, ‘Arka’, ‘Misionar’, ‘Nova Zorja’, on websites of UGCC, RISU, UCU) testify to the fact that their intentions do not come from God.

Card. Lubomyr hypocritically called the believers, and we call them honestly, to be very careful, not to let themselves be misled by mendacious sermons and to pray lest this false teaching (of Husar’s heresies) should not poison someone’s soul.

So much from the caution of L. Husar, whose words as well as God’s punishment for apostasy fully apply not to us who defend Jesus Christ and His Divinity but to Card. L. Husar who upholds and preaches heresies.
