Response to a lampoon under the title:

                              “A warning to the faithful of the UGCC”

These days a lampoon under the title: “A warning to the faithful of the UGCC” has been published at the instigation of the apostatical Synod of the UGCC. What is the aim of this lampoon? Defamation, liquidation of the truth and of the true way to salvation.

What means are used there? Suggestive lies, half-truths, manipulation.

What is the situation in the Church like? Extremely difficult; heresies are destroying the saving faith and divine life in the souls of the faithful. There is one essential question to which, however, the authors of the pamphlet give a vague response – we ask: Does ex-Card. L. Husar proclaim heresies and does he have the spirit of heresy or not? The answer is clear from many of his speeches and views. L. Husar does proclaim heresies, wherefore he is excommunicated from the Church in accordance with God’s law (Gal 1:8-9). In this case there is no need of an ecclesiastical trial.

Question: Are also other bishops of the UGCC, who are in unity with his heresies, excluded from the Church?

Answer: Yes, they are. Unless they repent, they will be eternally condemned.

Question: Were we, orthodox Catholic bishops, excommunicated by the court of Bishop Koltun and by the court of Card. Husar?

Answer: No, we were not and are not. Why? Because:

1)   An excommunicated heretic cannot excommunicate an orthodox bishop.

2)   We are regular bishops, and Catholic bishops can be punished only by the Holy Father. However, as for our case, he has never seen any reason for it. We emphasize that this cannot be done even by the apostatical so-called Apostolic See – which is concretely the Congregation for the Oriental Churches united with heresies, headed by the apostate ex-Card. Sandri, nor by the Apostolic Signatura whose representatives fell under God’s anathema for their betrayal. All the same, the Apostolic Signatura only dealt with a proposal of the OSBM Generalate to dismiss us from the Order; however, this alleged dismissal is also invalid. By contrast, the Superior General as well as the Provincial Superior are excommunicated in accordance with God’s law, because they are in unity with heresies.

Question: Who in the present time defends Christ, His Gospel, Tradition, morals, who fights against homosexuality, occultism, heresies and false regard for paganism? We ask: Is it our Synod or the apostatical Synod headed by Husar? The answer is as clear as noonday. One can just compare what, in the span of the past few years, has been written by us and what by them. And it is also perfectly clear where to the flock entrusted is led by the apostatical Synod and where to by us.
