In our UGCC a critical situation arose as a

result of the fact that Card. L. Husar started

to publicly proclaim heresies and thus to deny

the essence of the
existence not only of our Church but of

Christianity in general. He and the bishops

united with him have thus automatically fallen

under an anathema – exclusion
from the Church according to Gal 1:8-9.
For that reason there was an orthodox Catholic

Synod of the UGCC established which hereby

asks You to grant registration to it as to a

parallel structure within the
UGCC in accordance with the “On Freedom of

Conscience and Religious Organizations Act”.
