We are Greek Catholics the same as our parents. In accordance with the “On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations Act”, section I, article 3, we have the right to preserve our Greek-Catholic faith for which our parents suffered persecutions and we also have the right to profess our faith freely. Unfortunately, for the time being Card. L. Husar is eroding the very nature of the Christian faith by his books and public speeches (the book Discussions with His Beatitude L. Husar: On Postconfessional Christianity /ISBN 966-8197-10-0, ISBN 966-9197-46-1/, CD The way into one’s self /year 2009/, interview for Radio Voskresinya A discussion about the soul /year 2008) and by virtue of obedience is leading the whole UGCC into apostasy from Christ. L. Husar proclaims these heresies against the Greek-Catholic faith:

1)   he casts doubt upon the Divinity of Christ

2)   he casts doubt upon the Virginity of the Mother of God

3)   he casts doubt upon the eternity of hell

4)   he propagates occultism and syncretism

5)   he divines by pendulum

6)   he approves of homosexuality and relativism

7)   he denies the primacy of the Pope

8)   he propagates reincarnation
