As Greek-Catholic monks of pontifical right (i.e. we are not subordinated to L. Husar but directly to the Pope) and now as bishops we have publicly notified the Pope as well as the whole Church of the heresies and destructive activity of Card. L. Husar. We likewise warned the faithful not to open up to these liberal and apostatic heresies. These heresies lead to the loss of faith and eternal life (salvation). For these reasons L. Husar and his people exact vengeance on us. Their
trials and punishments against us are invalid. L. Husar is not competent to judge religious of pontifical right and bishops and, moreover, he is under an anathema according to Gal 1:8-9. Therefore he tries to bring pressure to bear on state organs to silence us through intrigues.
