On 6-7 February 2013, a summit was held in Kiev with the participation of the clergy focused on establishing the basic structure of the juvenile justice system – so-called pseudo foster families. During two days the participants were being manipulated. The pastors’ speeches were all in favour of pseudo foster families. At this stage, they took up the humane ideal of dissolution of orphanages and adoption of orphans into a family atmosphere. But the real intentions were concealed. The truth is that it is no permanent orphan adoption but the introduction of a pseudo foster family system which, in the next stage, will “serve” children stolen from their loving parents.

Your Beatitude, on 11 February 2013, Benedict XVI notified the public that on 28 February 2013 he would leave his office. On 30 May 2012 in Astana You made a gesture similar to that of Benedict XVI and John Paul II. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate announced that consequently You brought down upon Yourself God’s anathema – a curse – which You now draw upon the entire Orthodox Church. That was why the Byzantine Patriarchate appealed to You to leave Your office.The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeals to You again to follow Benedict XVI and to resign from office on the same day, i.e. 28 February 2013.

You convened the Assembly of Hierarchs which was held on 2-5 February 2013. The Russian public was expecting a radical position of the Head of the Church on the criminal juvenile justice system. An official statement anchored in the Gospel and the prophetic word would be an effective means of restoration of the Church and the nation. However, Your official statement failed to meet the expectation. You accept the juvenile justice system and hence de facto You approve of this crime. A physician who neglected his duty and failed to perform a major operation to save the patient is responsible for his death. You failed to fulfil Your duty.
Who discriminates against whom?

Foreign Minister L. Kozhara has said recently about the need to incorporate a ban on anti-gay discrimination into the Labour Code. In fact, this ban is quite pointless since there is no anti-gay discrimination in Ukraine. On the contrary, homosexuals enjoy numbers of privileges. An example is the Ministry of Justice where a handful of homosexuals (Council for LGBT Interests) represents the majority of Ukraine and drafts laws aiming at discrimination against the Ukrainian citizens. Foreign LGBT lobby plans to promote this privilege in all key institutions, including Ministries and Regional Councils. So they need a so-called antidiscriminatory law for the purpose so that as a privileged caste they can discriminate against 99% of the population.

Dear sons and daughters of the Ukrainian nation, you are entering a historic year which will be crucial in your life in that your both temporal and eternal future is at stake. Europe was built on Christian foundations. Ukraine and Russia adopted European culture with the baptism of St. Vladimir in Kiev.God has given freedom to Ukraine. The Ukrainian land is soaked with the blood of your grandfathers and great grandfathers who laid down their lives on the fronts for the sake of this freedom. And now, after 20 years of freedom, young people are one-sidedly and uncritically manipulated into selling it for a false vision of the Euro Paradise and its autogenocidal laws. The EU is no paradise but the prison of the nations!

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate expresses gratitude to the Russian President and Government for giving the Russian children the most precious gift on the feast of St. Nicolas, 19 December 2012, namely “The Law of Dima Yakovlev”. This law protects children stolen by the juvenile justice system from being sold abroad. The juvenile justice system in Russia was thus de facto abolished. The law also prohibits activities of all organizations in Russia that establish juvenile mechanisms and are financed from abroad. UNICEF must leave the territory of Russia by 31 December 2012.

The invited guests are bishops, priests and pastors from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova... Who will finance this event? Religious or secular Masons? Foreign charitable organizations?

Benedict XVI, Pope of Rome, and Kyrill, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, congratulated Barack Obama on his victory in the U.S. presidential election. President Obama passed a law allowing the killing of an unborn children. This year Obama has elevated the ideology of homosexuality as a foreign policy priority. Obama officially approved of zoophilia. Obama ordered mandatory chip implantation in the hand for all U.S. citizens by 23 March 2013 However, Benedict XVI speaks of how God will help Barack Obama “to carry out his serious responsibilities”. Patriarch Kyrill wishes him God’s help and success in the work...

In the first place it is necessary to cancel all newly adopted laws that have a conflict of interest in relation to the nation and the Constitution. These laws promote the hidden gender-gay ideology and mechanisms of juvenile justice. Without this purge a reform and revival of the nation is not possible. Only a moral nation is strong. An immoral nation is doomed to self-destruction!

We live in times when positive terms and positive authorities are being misused. The UN was considered to be a guarantee of moral values and international justice. The same applied to the Council of Europe. In fact, these global organizations have adopted the programme of Freemasons and world bankers with the purpose of reduction or genocide of humanity. The conventions, resolutions and recommendations of these organizations promote primarily a gender-gay ideology which destroys at the root all moral, spiritual and Christian values. Their aim is to eliminate the family as an institution and subsequently to morally and physically destroy children and hence the whole future generation.
“ELSA” constitutes a system of corruption in Ukraine

Law students from “ELSA” are trained to be mediators. This is a new body of the juvenile justice system (and of the legal system in Ukraine in general), to which more importance is to be assigned than to the court itself. The judges will become mere puppets. Mediation, i.e. an alternative to the judicial process, will destroy the Ukrainian judicial system and create an extensive network of corruption.

“ELSA” – juvenile justice janissaries in Lvov

It has been published that on 25 October a round-table conference was held in the premises of the Lvov City Council on the subject of establishment of the juvenile justice system in Ukraine with the participation of representatives of executive bodies of government, Department of Youth, Family and Sports of the Lvov City Council, Department for Children’s Affairs and Social Services Centres. The organizer was the Lvov City civic organization “ELSA Lvov” which cooperates with the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union. It is primarily law students and young lawyers from different countries of the world that are recruited for this organization. Juvenile justice lobbyists founded the organization ELSA in order to train law students as professional Turk-converts and to lay the “scientific basis” for the establishment of this wicked system.

On 16 October 2012, a so-called initiative group called “The First of December” made an appeal to the Ukrainian society. Its prime mover is Cardinal Husar and the vice-rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU). All members of the initiative group are either members of Masonic lodges or their tools. There are 11 coup initiators altogether who want to “change the rules of the game in the state”, as contained in their statute. What do they pursue by their pre-election appeal? This is not just psychological manipulation but downright psychological pressure on the public in order to complete the hidden coup. They exploited democracy in order to pave the way for the establishment of the cruellest dictatorship and tyranny.

Dear voters and candidates for Parliament, today it is necessary to set out a rescue programme which will save Ukraine from planned autogenocide. Disguised changes in legislation gradually legalize a process of nationwide self-destruction. It takes place under the pressure of supranational systems of the UN, EU, Council of Europe, world bankers, Freemasons and charitable funds and organizations subsidized by them. Therefore, today, on 26 October 2012 in Lvov, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate proclaims the Charter of Fundamental Values of Ukraine.
Stop to autogenocide of Ukraine and Russia

The ideology of global reduction of mankind seeks the spiritual, moral and physical genocide. Its main actors are: the United Nations, world bankers and Masonic lodges. The main object of attack is no military bases but small defenceless children. The most effective way to achieve their spiritual, moral and eventually physical destruction is to prevent their happy childhood, to tear them away from their loving parents, to rob them of a warm family home, and to make them homeless misfits exposed to violence, lawlessness, demoralization and satanization. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate calls upon the Ukrainian and Russian Governments and all MPs to cancel all enacted laws and draft laws relating to gender-gay ideology and juvenile justice!
