On the basis of the manner of the proceedings and issue of the verdict it is obvious that the process was staged at the instance of Card. L. Husar and his Bishops’ Synod. It is absurd that the one whom we convicted of heresies and apostasy is instead of repentance trying to excommunicate us from the Catholic Church.
It is self-evident that this felonious verdict pronounced upon us is invalid from God’s as well as the Church’s view.
