In regard to Pastor Bonus Art. 123, I kindly ask the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura for a service of the court. I ask for an annulment of all decrees (No.108/04, 109/04, 121/04), especially the No. 51/05 Decree of exclusion from the OSBM, and for a moral remedy.
