Your Eminence, on 16th May 2006 the Tribunal of the Roman Rota informed Mrs. Kalina Šutková about the admission of her accusation in the matter of misappropriation of property, which she had donated to the Delegature of St. Prokop of the Order of St. Basil the Great in the Czech Republic, and which was illegally, counter to canon law, misappropriated by Bishop L. Hu?ko and transmitted to the Apostolic exarchate in CR.
