Your Holiness, regarding the fact that the crimes committed by Bp. L. Hu?ko still remain unrectified, we thereby take legal action against Bp. Ladislav Hu?ko. This refers to the following public crimes:
1) Illegal abolishment of the Delegature of St. Prokop of the Order of St. Basil the Great (OSBM) as legal entity in front of the state authorities of Czech Republic (CR) and criminal misappropriation of its property.
2) Misappropriation of the property of an old widow, Mrs. K. Šutková.
3) Psychological manipulation, intimidation and deceit on Mrs. K. Šutková.
