By the issue of the decree N. 141/05 of 8th June 2006 the Congregation for the Oriental Churches committed many serious deceits and lies. The matter is an artificially constructed process which is on the conscience of Roman dicasteries.
The responsibility for this artificial process fully falls upon the Secretary of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches Mons. Antonio Maria Veglio who acts in this way repeatedly and consciously.
Therefore simultaneously with this appeal I lodge a legal action and I require: That the Secretary Mons. Antonio Maria Veglio is deprived of his function and suspended from episcopal consecration.
