In accordance with the CCEO can. 501 §2 and the OSBM Constitutions (Set of rules 59, p. 6), I appeal against the Decree of dismissal from the Order of Saint Basil the Great.

The reasons for the appeal I present to the General Superior in the letter I enclose.

I committed none of the offences for which I am punished. Moreover, in the Decree there was the CCEO can. 1486 §1 broken:

1. No evidence given.
2. No verbal confrontation has taken place.
3. No quotations of the CCEO canon that I broke, and according to which I am punished.
