The tribunal was not competent to judge us, so its sentence is invalid. The whole case is based upon one substantial issue: Either Card. Husar is a heretic or he is not. So it was not us who were condemned but the Gospel and Christ whom we defend. This judicial proceeding is a perfect example of a crime committed by the Church apostatic machinery. That was why we lodged legal action with Rome against Card. L.Husar, Bishop M. Koltun and their tribunals. It is for that reason, too, that their criminal sentence passed upon us is null and void.
