On 1st November 2006 we lodged legal action (can. 1185, can. 1060 CCEO) against Card. L.Husar for his heresies and other offences. We made this action public since this matter concerns the whole Church as well as for the reason that it not be ignored.
Cardinal L. Husar and Bishop M. Koltun arranged a fabricated trial and counter to both the canon law and justice they sentenced us to a major excommunication which is invalid.
We hereby demand official annulment of the illegal and criminal decrees of invalid major excommunication of 10th September 2008, and punishment of the judges for their judicial crimes.
