You called upon our sisters to become subordinated to the apostatical hierarchy, i.e. to Card. Husar and You, by 21st August 2009. We have to repeat to You that as from 12th August 2008, You are under God’s anathema which was made public by the orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC. According to this anathema You are excommunicated from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church – as a heretic by reason of a betrayal of Christ and unity with heresies. The sacraments administered by You are invalid and no priest or believer can obey You any longer. Those who will obey You will partake of Your crime of betrayal of Christ and the Church. All Your written documents which You issue as a heretic are invalid.
