The fruit of studies in Rome – pestilence epidemic
Post date: 2008-11-29Autor:
The focus is not on God’s Word but on the historic-critical method. On the basis of so-called “scientific knowledge” in the field of linguistic and literary criticism the professors constantly question the authorship and historical character of the events described in the Bible. They also claim authoritatively that the events described in the Bible happened in a different way or have merely a symbolic, mythical character.
They even have the nerve to deny with arrogance the authenticity of Jesus’ words. They interpret miracles in a purely intellectual way and indirectly or directly deny their supernatural character.
Thus the Bible scholars have raised their research and intellect to an “infallible” criterion, unaware that what they teach is “scientific” atheism.
