Your Holiness, on the basis of CIC we demand that in conformity with the Tradition of the Church and in accordance with the Gospel Card. M. Vlk should be withdrawn from the office of Archbishop of Prague and deprived of the title of cardinal for his conscious abuse of Church authority to the great detriment of the faithful.
We likewise demand that for the good of the Church and salvation of immortal souls Fr. T. Halík should be excommunicated from the Catholic Church for his public apostasy from Christ and for his theological heresies.
