The Czech media announced: “The ensemble Schola Gregoriana Pragensis concentrating on Gregorian chant in cooperation with a choir of Japan monks has published a recording which joins Christian and buddhistic liturgical traditions.
Both traditions stem from very strong spiritual foundations and are a reflection of spiritual experience”, said for ?TK (Czech Press Conference) the leader of the Prague ensemble.
First we have to realize that Christian liturgy is the worship of God. We put a question, whom the so-called buddhistic liturgical tradition worships.
What “strong spiritual foundations and spiritual experiences” are joined here together? It is obvious syncretism.
“The Gentiles sacrifice to demons and not to God ... You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons.” (1Cor 10:20-21)
The spiritual father of this action is noone else but the Catholic priest Prof. Tomáš Halík who represents the Czech apostatic Church and its attitude of mind.
