By Your statement of 19th December 2008 You stood against those who defend the essential truths of faith. At the same time You fully endorsed a heretic and apostate L. Husar and his apostatic Synod who likewise fall under this God’s anathema which need not even be proclaimed by the Holy Father nor can be remitted by him unless the culprits repent! Since by Your announcement You have indirectly united with the heresies, before God and before the Church we urge that You clearly and concretely renounce these Husar’s heresies as well as unity with the spirit which is behind them and publish it in Your circular by Good Friday (10th April 2009).
