Dear brothers in the episcopal ministry, God through prophetic word is turning directly to You, that You along with the Pope may start the reform of the Church and that You may start it from Yourselves. We are putting this God’s demand before You in humility with divine authority and power, i.e. with sanctions too. The Holy Father alone, and only ex cathedra, may withdraw this prophetic word as well as this God’s demand for a reform. The Holy Father is exposed to great psychological and spiritual pressures, therefore his silence in this situation is a sign of his consent, the consent of the successor of Peter the Apostle.
