Dear Excellencies, the whole world is shocked at the public statement of Archbishop Zollitsch, President of Your Bishops’ Conference. It is painful that You freely elected him Your representative. From this follows a serious suspicion – that You have the same spirit and maintain the same heresies as the President of Your Bishops’ Conference. You Yourselves are obliged to withdraw this apostate bishop and to ask, along with the Apostolic Nuncio, the Pope to punish him in public.
