Dear brother, on 18th April 2009 President of the Bishops’ Conference of Germany, Archbishop R. Zollitsch, denied the

fundamental truth that Jesus Christ died for our sins! This is a heresy maxima!
For this reason we, the bishops of the orthodox Catholic Synod of Ukraine, are turning to You. We beseech You to dissociate Yourself from the heretical attitude of the President of Your Bishops’ Conference, to confess the faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies, and that by 15th July 2009.
