Dear Excellencies,

on 24th June 2009 we appealed to You to confess Your faith and to renounce the heresy of Head of the German Bishops’ Conference Archbp. R. Zollitsch by the date fixed – 15th July 2009. On 18th April 2009 Archbp. R. Zollitsch publicly uttered a heresy that Jesus Christ did not die for our sins. He thus denied the whole essence of Christianity and of the saving faith. We have not yet promulgated the latae sententiae penalty of excommunication for participation in heresy. Please, confess the faith and renounce heresies according to the enclosed formula by 25th July 2009.
