On 5th July 2009 we appealed to You to transmit in person or in writing Your confession of faith and renouncement of heresies to the Pope according to the attached formula by 15th August 2009 at the latest.
Your silence will be a sign of obstinacy and a public betrayal of Christ, of His true teaching and at the same time a public gesture of unity with the spirit of the contemporary heresies. On 16th August 2009 we will publish before the whole Church the names of those leading representatives of the Vatican dicasteries who will have incurred an anathema – latae sententiae excommunication.
