Dear father bishop,

today mankind in general has turned away from God’s laws and follows the path of self-destruction. Similarly, Christians, and particularly the Catholic Church, undergo a deep crisis of faith and moral life. Today one can no longer take it for granted that a Catholic priest, bishop or cardinal confesses the Catholic faith. That means, that he believes all fundamental truths of the Christian faith and that he believes in the Gospel.

On Easter Saturday this year, Archbishop R. Zollitsch publicly stated that the Lord Jesus had not died for our sins but out of mere solidarity with the suffering. This is the gravest heresy against the Christian faith and it means that Archbishop Zollitsch committed overt apostasy. According to CIC, he incurs a latae sententiae excommunication! Bishops of Germany and of the Czech Republic are in overt unity with him and with his heresy. All of them refused to condemn this heresy and to renounce it. Therefore they too fell into apostasy, are separated from Christ and from Ηis Mystical Body – the Church – and incur a latae sententiae excommunication.

Bishops of India allowed publication of the so-called Indianized Bible, which is obvious syncretism with pagan Hinduism. Even after being warned of this apostatical heresy, the Catholic bishops of India did not separate from it and did not repent. Thus they excluded themselves from the Church and fell under God’s curse according to Gal 1:8-9!
