The reality is such that neither the Cardinal nor the apostate priest took the warning seriously.
Both Card. M. Vlk and T. Halik have already expelled themselves from Christ’s Church. So they are dead members of the Catholic Church, even though they continue unlawfully occupying the Church offices. We therefore publicly before the whole Church point to both these apostates and hereby make their apostasy public.
