On authority of apostolic and prophetical service conferred upon us by God and by the Church, we, the below-signed bishops, hereby publish that the Catholic archbishop and Cardinal Miloslav Vlk, on the basis of Gal 1:8, is expelled from the Mystical Body of Christ, i.e. from the Church.
