Your Excellency, we hereby declare and publish before You, as representative of the Holy Father in Germany, as well as before the whole Church that Archbishop R.Zollitsch, on the grounds of his heretical statement, is excommunicated from the Church in compliance with God’s and canon laws as from 18th April 2009. By his statement he publicly denied the essence of the faith – Christ’s redemptive sacrifice on the cross!
