On 18th April 2009 the President of the Bishops’ Conference of Germany, Archbishop R. Zollitsch, declared that “Christ did not die for our sins but out of solidarity with the poor and suffering”. On 25th May 2009 our Bishops’ Synod responded to this heresy by promulgating an anathema, excommunication, upon the archheretic R. Zollitsch. For that reason the German bishops, the same as the Czech ones, were appealed twice to renounce heresies and to confess the true faith by 25th July 2009. Now we publish before the whole Church the names of those who, as from 26th July 2009, incur an anathema, God’s curse (Gal 1:8-9), and a latae sententiae excommunication by reason of heresies.
