Your Excellency, a lot of believers complained with great sorrow in the past that You strongly defended magic and divination. You declared before the students of theology that white magic was allowed, in spite of the fact that the Catechism of the Catholic Church 2116-17 expressly forbids all forms of magic. You promoted and defended divination by dowsing rod and pendulum. You likewise strongly defended homoeopathy, which is based on magic.            Moreover, You promoted hypnosis as a form of pastoral care and You supervised the doctoral thesis of the hypnotist Max Kašpar?.
When we asked You to confess the Catholic faith and to renounce heresies and occultism, You consciously refused to do so. Therefore we hereby announce to You that You fell under the punishment of anathema according to God’s law and at the same time under the latae sententiae penalty of excommunication according to the canon law!
