On 5th July and again on 25th July 2009 the employees of the Vatican dicasteries were appealed to publicly confess their faith and thereafter to transmit this confession of theirs to the Holy Father. They were warned that if they do not do so, they thus make it manifest that they remain in heresy. Unfortunately, the below-named dicastery representatives did not confess the faith and fell under God’s anathema. Before the whole Church we promulgate the names of 44 prelates who are excommunicated from the Church as apostates.
