The evidence that the Catholic Church has always disapproved of the subversive activity of Masonic associations as well as of the irreconcilability of their principles with the Catholic faith is also the fact that since the first document of Clement XII (1738) up to this day the Popes have issued about 600 (more exactly 586) documents concerning this issue.
