Your Eminence, because of the fact that we brought Card. L. Husar’s heresies and the crisis in the UGCC to the attention of the Holy Father, Card. L. Husar (an apostate!) and his hierarchy illegally excommunicated us from the Catholic Church!
Your Eminence, we ask You before God and before the whole Church: Do You agree with this excommunication? Does the Holy Father agree with it and does he confirm it?
H. Küng, J. Sobrino and others who publicly preach heresies (deny the Divinity of Christ etc.) are not excommunicated! Card. L. Husar overtly proclaims that he divines by pendulum, he casts doubt upon the Divinity of Christ, upon the Virginity of the Mother of God, upon the primacy of the Holy Father, permits homosexual activities, propagates reincarnation, casts doubt upon the existence of hell and upon eternal condemnation. Card. L. Husar is a public apostate; however, he is not officially excommunicated! On the contrary – an apostate is excommunicating from the Church those who defend Christ’s Gospel!
Your Eminence, if the competent authorities in the Church are going to be silent on this, the question arises: Is the Catholic Church still a part of the Mystical Body of Christ?
