Your Eminence, in relation to our UGCC the Congregation for the Oriental Churches accumulates the power of other Congregations as well and You, in relation to us, are, we can say, a Pope – but in fact, we should say, an antipope!
Instead of promoting the renewal of the substance of our faith and papacy You are doing quite the reverse. The fact of the matter is that You allowed Card. Husar and members of the heretical Synod united with him to consecrate a new bishop on 7th April 2009. In about two weeks’ time You allowed publication of the name of another candidate nominated by this heretical Synod!
You have muddied the waters and inconspicuously shuffled off the load of responsibility onto the Holy Father. You have put the Pope into a situation to which all will give a plain commentary: the Pope overtly approves of heresies! The tacit argument is the fact that he allows heretics to consecrate other heretical bishops in his name. This is then presented as a model to the whole Church. But this is a real crime – an attempt on the papacy!!!
