The Cardinal reveals that he does not believe homosexuality to be a sin at all.
He does not point to Jesus, their Deliverer, he does not pray to the Lord for their liberation, he does not bind these unclean demons. Instead, he approves their living together if they insist on it. Then as a new law-giver he allows them to perform sexual activity of whatever kind. According to him it is just a pity that their “love” remains infertile. It appears to be mercy but it is the biggest cruelty – offering pity instead of the knowing of Jesus, the true deliverance and
salvation for the sake of eternal life.
