Your Holiness, we send You again our legal action against Card. L. Husar and insist on our plea for help for the UGCC.
For the good of the Church and for the sake of protection of the faithful, on 12th July 2008 we publicly pointed out God’s attitude – the attitude of God’s Word towards the activity of Card. L. Husar, and we exposed his spiritual state, i.e. that he is a heretic and apostate and falls under God’s anathema acc.
to Gal 1:8-9. Your Holiness, unless Card. L. Husar repents and renounces his apostatic heresies, we ask You, in accordance with the CCEO norms, not only to withdraw him from his office for his own sake as well as for the sake of the UGCC faithful, but also to excommunicate him from the Catholic Church.
