Your Holiness, in case the head of the local Church or of the Church sui juris is an evident heretic, how can the believers in such Church be saved, if they are forced by virtue of obedience to submit to the spiritual programme and dictate of such hierarch?
Your Holiness, we hereby protest against the acts of the apostate Card. L. Husar and Bishop M. Koltun who officially and publicly spread the lie that we have been excommunicated from the Catholic Church! We are bishops and monks of a religious order of pontifical right and are not subordinate to their jurisdiction! According to CCEO, their so-called trial was incompetent (can. 417) and invalid. They gave us no opportunity for defence and were concerned neither in the motivation for our acting nor in our defence! They did not allow us to take an appeal to You, Your Holiness!
