Card. Husar was presented with some problems, such as alcoholism, bribery, crisis of the family... He speaks about them in such way that he not only does not emphasize God’s view but totally ignores it. Following his principles no alcoholic would stop drinking, no bribetaker would stop taking bribes, no family crisis would be solved.
He makes no mention of conversion, repentance, or the need of remission of sins and deliverance from the bonds of bad habits through the Lord Jesus. His “formulas” offered to the Ukrainians lead to apostasy from the living God, to the loss of the saving faith and to eternal perdition, the reality of which he himself denies.
