Your Eminence, we ask You to inquire into the sense of the existence of Russicum. In case Russicum does not fulfill its original purpose – mission of Russia – but on the contrary if it performs an antimission in Byzantine Catholic Churches then its existence is to the detriment of the Church and it is necessary to abolish it!
