We propose to the Synod, which numbers 49 bishops, thereout 18 apostates:
1) that it should retire L. Husar
2) that 17 bishops from Ukraine should publicly renounce unity with the heresies of L. Husar
3) that it should responsibly resolve the issue of the two Synods as well as the general crisis of faith in the Church
4) The situation will not be settled unless You give an opportunity to the Pope to settle it himself. We are ready for a dialogue.
5) On Friday 5th September 2008 at 5-6 pm representatives of our episcopal Synod will come with the view of a dialogue.
