As we have announced to You in advance, on 5th September 2008 at 5:30pm we came to the meeting with You to Bryukhovychi. Immediately after we got out of the car, we were photographed and shot on camera. Security guard both in uniforms and in civilian dress was standing at the gate. A religious sister announced to us that none of the 49 bishops had time to speak with us. When we wanted at least to transmit a letter to the Secretary of the Synod, Bp. B. Dzyurakh, the sister told us that he did not have time to accept the letter and she likewise could not do so. We therefore send You this letter by post and via the internet. We believe that none of You will claim any more that we are hiding, fleeing from dialogue and avoiding constructive treatment of the present situation in the UGCC.
