On 18th August 2009 the below-named ecclesiastical persons were called to confess the faith and to renounce heresies:

6)     A. Arzhakovskyi Dr, Professor of UCU

7)     Fr. K. Jaremak OSBM, Editor of Misionar

8)     Fr. J. Chverenchuk OSBM, Provincial Superior OSBM

9)     Sr. Dia Stasiuk OSBM, ex-Head of men and women religious

Dear .................., we ask You to clearly confess the faith and to publicly renounce heresies either on Sunday 23rd or 30th August 2009 in the church of ........................ Unless You do so, You thus make it manifest that You uphold a different gospel and are in unity with the heresies of Card. Husar. Then we will be obliged to make it public before the whole Church that You are an apostate, i.e. excommunicated from the Church (cf. Gal 1:8-9).

We ask You to send the answers to these essential questions to our address by 2nd September 2009.
