In the name of God we announced to this priest – administrator of the eparchy: You have publicly united with the heresies of Card. L. Husar which violate the essence of the saving faith, and You have thereby in the presence of us, two witnesses, renounced the true faith. You Yourself have now excluded Yourself from the Catholic Church!
